Xsyon Prelude is a free MMPORG (massive multiplayer online role-playing game) designed to be used with personal computers. Many traces of human civilization have been erased and it is the role of the player to uncover any remaining remnants. While fictional, the storyline is heavily based upon past and present events.

Xsyon Prelude will require players to obtain resources and skills from the very beginning. Some examples here include domesticating animals, building houses, erecting farms and creating entire social systems. The dynamic nature of this platform dictates that specific actions will have equally unique outcomes. In other words, no two scenarios will ever be alike. It is possible to take on roles such as warriors, traders, craftsmen or farmers.
